Remodeling Referral Services mission is to provide value-added services to our homeowner customers, by creating a successful partnership when utilizing the services of Remodeling Referral Services for each home remodel and/or repair project. The goal of every member of our team is to establish trusting relationships with both our contractor member and you, the homeowner. We’ll accomplish this goal through exceptional performance from start to finish of your project while at the same time providing you “Peace of Mind.”

Prior to a contractor becoming a member of Remodeling Referral Services, the following pre-screened background check will be conducted and must be met by contractor applicants (when applicable):

  • Three reference checks from previous customers within the past 3 years.
  • Registered business with active license.
  • Possess the appropriate trade license(s).
  • Possess the appropriate liability insurance coverage and bonds.
  • Check with Better Business Bureau for consumer complaints.
  • Sign and adhere to The Code of Ethics agreement.

Our team is comprised of representatives with over 20 years of construction experience in many phases of residential work. Each individual’s background allows us to research and match our contractor member that meets the specific requirements of your submitted job request.

Code of Ethics

Remodeling Referral Services’ commitment to our client, the homeowner, is to provide the most qualified contractor that provides the best quality work in their trade. We ask that each contractor member sign our Code of Ethics once they are approved as a contractor member. The code of ethics states as follows: As a contractor member of Remodeling Referral Services all representatives associated with my company, including myself will adhere to the utmost respect and quality of service on all projects awarded through Remodeling Referral Services.

  • We will make sure all jobs are started and completed on the agreed dates. Any unexpected delays will be clearly communicated to the homeowner in advance.
  • We will leave all work areas clean and orderly at the end of the day and remove all trash upon completing the job.
  • We will make certain no changes in job specifications or pricing will be made without the homeowner’s prior consent.
  • We will arrive at the agreed time for appointments with the homeowner and give advance warning of any unexpected delays.
  • We will respect the homeowner’s privacy and take all steps to make certain the security of their home.
  • We will make sure that all coworkers and sub-contractors adhere to these requests at all times.
  • We will make sure all work will be completed to written specifications and budgets.
  • We will make certain that a safe work environment is maintained at all times.
  • We will treat all customers and their property with courtesy and respect.
  • We will conform to all codes related to the project location.
  • We will quote prices that are reasonable, honest, and fair.
  • We will guarantee the quality of the work we do.
