How we Operate with the Project
- Homeowner submits project request via toll free number or on-line web submittal.
- THC representative contacts homeowner within 24 hours to confirm project information.
- THC representative searches database for contractors that best fit your project needs.
- THC representative refers your project information to contractor members (up to three).
- THC provides homeowner with referral form of each contractor member that has accepted referral.
- Homeowner to be contacted within 48 hours from time project is confirmed by THC representative.
- Homeowner schedules appointments with referred contractor members.
- Homeowner notifies THC of chosen referred contractor member to complete the project.
- THC member periodically checks in with homeowner to status on progress of project once work begins.
Contractor member reserves the right to decline any project request that was accepted and bid upon. THC asks that they are notified immediately of any such decision, thus allowing us the opportunity to provide the homeowner with additional referrals if necessary. All signed contracts, pricing, or any other agreements made between homeowner and contractor are between homeowner and contractor. THC accepts no responsibility of any actions agreed upon by the two parties mentioned.
I heard it can be either a good thing or not in using a referral service for contractors. I am very happy that we trust our room remodel to Nathan and his team at Remodeling Referral Services.
